Arrangement of Schedule III

1. Division I – Applies to the Companies, the Financial Statements of which are required to comply with the Accounting Standards prescribed under Companies (Accounting Standards) Rules, 2006.
2. Division II – Applies to the Companies, the Financial Statements of which are required to comply with the Ind AS prescribed under Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015.
3. Division III – Applies to Financial Statements for a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) whose financial statements are drawn up in compliance with the Ind AS prescribed under Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015.
